Product Description

Programmers in Training are on a fast-track to learn the fundamentals of computer science and programming, with opportunities to apply those skills to real-world projects. The Yukōdit team understands that ideas and imagination will lead different children to different resources, which is why we will not limit students to a select few. Instead, our curriculum uniquely incorporates lessons from Code.org, Scratch, Stanford’s Institute of Design, and IDEO, to name a few. Students will spend 45 minutes in the lab learning about functions, conditionals, and loops before transitioning over to the sandbox for an introduction to design thinking. The sandbox is the perfect place for your child to demonstrate their collaborative and technical skills on activities designed to bring their ideas to life.
