Hailey has spent the last four years developing a career in non-profit organizations since graduating from Marshall University in 2015 with a Bachelor’s degree in History. She learned how impactful technology can be when she was an AmeriCorps member for the Preservation Alliance of West Virginia, where she developed content for a history app and mobile website called Clio. After a year long fellowship with a national non-profit in Washington D.C. she relocated to Montclair new Jersey in May of 2018, and was acquainted with her new community by being the Marketing Coordinator at Montclair Film. During her tenure at Yukodit she plans on empowering young people in her community by giving them the tools they need to succeed.

Mike has spent the past 15 years leading development teams in the investment banking industry. His experience is focused around building and managing strong software development teams and delivering solid software with an intuitive and engaging user experience. He has been in the IT industry for over 20 years and has been developing software and leading programs of change for most of his career. Mike is passionate about software and optimization of the development process. He holds a BS in Meteorology from North Carolina State University. He also loves llamas.


Jamie has spent the past 20+ years working in the field of education. He started his career tutoring and managing programs for young children with autism. From there, he went on to start the first public charter school for children with autism in New York City, and then co-founded an innovative educational technology company that focuses on inclusive education in public schools. He earned his MBA from Villanova University and BA with honors in Psychology from Wesleyan University.
